Who We Are
Micah and Elisabeth have been married since 2015, have four children, have four dogs, and have had the joy of working together in multiple industries. Elisabeth took the bold step of starting “Efficiently Elisabeth Consulting” in 2023, and quickly realized the need for her services in multiple industries. In 2025, Micah and Elisabeth decided to join forces, and evolve Efficiently Elisabeth Consulting into Cultivate & Co Consulting - Not just because Micah didn’t share the same name as his wife! They both had a desire to see their efforts promote growth in every business they interacted with. In short, they wanted to cultivate each of the businesses they touched into their fullest potential! The dream is to continue doing that both with clients and new team members as the Cultivate team continues to grow! That includes recent additions to our team in 2026! We have had the pleasure of multiple new contractors join the team, and we’re excited to see where that momentum takes us.
Elisabeth
Elisabeth is the CEO of Cultivate & Co Consulting, and specializes as a highly-efficient executive assistant. Her industry experience has included big tech, real estate, finance, foodservice, church operations, education, textiles, cybersecurity, marketing, and city management.
She excels at scheduling calendars with people across timezones, coordinating travel plans, and interacting with professionalism and kindness. When she’s not processing financial applications, sorting travel plans and calendars, and supporting a food services company, she can be found at home, doing the things she loves - smoking meat, baking homemade sourdough, snuggling her kids and dogs, having date night with Micah, and reading a good book.
Micah
Micah is the Chief Operating Officer for Cultivate and Co, and is a sales operations and systems strategist, who helps growing businesses turn strong demand into structured, scalable revenue. With a background spanning financial services, education, sales leadership, and CRM implementation, he specializes in building clear workflows, implementing Salesforce, and creating operational systems that increase sales velocity, visibility, accountability, and long-term growth. Through Cultivate & Co Consulting, Micah partners with founders and leadership teams to bring order to complexity and momentum to revenue.
Outside of work, Micah enjoys landscaping projects, staying active through exercise, and playing music - mainly drums! Elisabeth and he have four children, four dogs, and plenty of life in their home. Together, they love building both businesses and a life centered on God, healthy structure, and intentional living!
Kristan
Kristan is a results-driven Executive Assistant with over 10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives and high-performing leadership teams in fast-paced environments. She has partnered with up to six senior leaders, supported organizations of 100+ team members, and managed budgets exceeding $300K.
Known for her strategic approach and strong attention to detail, she streamlines complex schedules, manages 200+ monthly meetings, and coordinates high-volume travel so executives can stay focused on their highest priorities. She is a trusted partner who anticipates needs, manages the details, and gives leaders back valuable time to do their best work.
Being an Executive Assistant is more than a career for Kristan - it is her calling. She genuinely loves this work and brings energy, care, and professionalism to every partnership. When executives entrust her with their priorities, she delivers clarity, efficiency, and calm — creating space for powerful organizational outcomes and sustained success.
Melissa
Melissa is a Business Consultant and Fractional Executive Partner at Cultivate & Co with a seasoned background in management, consulting, and operational execution spanning over 20 years. She delivers high-value strategic insights and tactical solutions across a diverse range of sectors. Whether it is managing a team of healthcare auditors in a 12-state region, representing national brands in the food industry on television, radio, and at trade shows and conventions, consulting in research and development test kitchens, or providing business support, hosting culinary events, and designing logos and marketing collaterals for her co-owned health and wellness center, she approaches every task and project with meticulous attention to detail and goal-oriented determination.
Melissa brings a passion that is contagious, and a professional warmth that builds lasting relationships. She has had the honor of contributing her talents to celebrity events and partnering with world-renowned chefs and Southern Living Magazine’s Cooking Schools. As a writer, published poet, fiber artist, and former chef, she has a unique perspective that is a product of combining her multifaceted professional background with her creative, artistic sensibilities. She resides in the greater Nashville area with her husband, Buddy, two crazy farm dogs, and 19 feathery friends who supply her breakfast daily. Melissa is a proud mother and grandmother of two daughters and four granddaughters. Together with her husband, she seeks to build both a professional and personal life that honors God, and reflects integrity, dedication, and respect.
